Workspace administration
Workspace administrators manage who can access the catalog and what they can do. Open Manage → Workspace management to work with members, roles, invitations, and explorer navigation.
Members and roles
Section titled “Members and roles”Assign roles based on the least privilege needed for each person’s work. Built-in roles cover common responsibilities; custom roles let administrators compose a narrower set of permissions.
Review role changes carefully. A role can grant access to create and change catalog data, manage people, use agents, or operate extensions.
Invitations
Section titled “Invitations”Invite an existing user or create a user and send an onboarding invitation. Invitations expire, and the recipient completes their own password setup through the one-time link.
Explorer navigation
Section titled “Explorer navigation”Pin published entity blueprints to make common catalog areas easy to find. Each shortcut can be limited to workspace roles, so people see navigation appropriate to their responsibilities.
Audit activity
Section titled “Audit activity”Use Manage → Activity / Audit log to inspect successful workspace changes, including actions made through agents. Filter by time, actor, or action when investigating a change.
